The standard is the whole company

Birch exists because "good enough" cleaning is everywhere, and actually-clean homes are rare. We built the company backwards from that one promise.

A gleaming bathroom at the Birch standard

Deep clean first, always

We never start a relationship with a maintenance clean. The first visit removes the buildup entirely — then we keep your home at that standard. It's more work up front. It's also the only honest way to clean.

Vetted, insured crews

Every crew is background-checked, carries liability insurance, and arrives in Birch uniform. Same crew for your home every visit, so the standard never resets to zero.

The 24-hour guarantee

Anything missed, tell us within 24 hours and we re-clean it free. No questions, no forms, no arguing about what "clean" means.

Flat rates, locked in writing

Your price is agreed before we book and locked before your first maintenance visit. We answer texts fast, confirm every visit, and never bill by the hour.

Questions

Good to know

Do I need to be home during the clean?

No — most customers aren't. We arrange entry that works for you (lockbox, garage code, or key) and confirm when your clean is complete.

Do you bring supplies and equipment?

Yes, crews arrive fully equipped. Prefer specific products for certain surfaces? Leave them out and tell us.

Why is the first deep clean required?

Because a maintenance clean over months of buildup doesn't clean — it spreads. The deep clean removes it once, so every visit after actually maintains a clean home. It's the foundation of our guarantee.

What if I need to skip or reschedule?

Skip or move any visit with 48 hours' notice, free.

Are you insured?

Yes — every crew carries general liability insurance and every cleaner is background-checked before entering a home.

What about tough messes or biohazards?

Minor issues — a pet accident, a small area of droppings — we can handle for a flat add-on ($40 pet accident/vomit, $60 small-area rodent droppings). True biohazards (significant rodent or pest waste, mold colonies, bodily fluids, sharps) are outside the scope of standard cleaning for our crews' safety — we'll refer you to a licensed remediation specialist, and we're happy to do the full clean once remediation is complete.
