The sweet spot for most homes. Every other week, your home returns to the deep-clean standard. 3 bed / 2 bath: $250 a visit, about $540 a month.
For high-traffic homes — kids, pets, entertaining. The per-visit rate drops because there's less to reset each time. 3 bed / 2 bath: $140 a visit, about $605 a month.

Your exact rate is confirmed at your deep clean — by size and condition — and locked in writing before your first maintenance visit. Cancel or reschedule for free with 24 hours' notice or more. Inside 24 hours, a flat $50 fee applies regardless of job size. If the crew can't get in, that also counts as a late cancellation with a $50 fee. If we cancel, there's no charge.
