The short, plain-English version of how booking with Birch works. No fine print hiding anywhere else.
Every Birch price is a flat rate, quoted online before you book. The price you see is the price you're charged for the visit you described. If the home turns out to need meaningfully more than what was described, your cleaner will call you before starting — never after.
We need at least one full day's notice to book a visit. We don't take same-day work, so the slot you pick is one we can actually hold for you.
Cancel or reschedule for free with 24 hours' notice or more. Inside 24 hours, we charge 50% of the visit price, because that time was set aside for your home. If we ever have to cancel on you, there's no charge.
You provide entry — a key, a door code, or someone home to let us in. If the crew arrives and can't get in, the visit counts as a late cancellation.
We're happy to work around your pets. Please secure anything that bites or bolts, so everyone — pets included — has an easy day.
Accidents are rare, but we carry liability insurance for when they happen. Tell us within 24 hours and we'll make it right.
If we missed something, tell us within 24 hours of your visit. We'll come back and re-clean that area at no charge.
We save a card on file when you book and charge it after your visit is finished — never before. Pennsylvania sales tax applies where required.
There's no lock-in. You can cancel a recurring plan any time before your next scheduled visit.
